Who Are These M.A.S.K. Agents in Transformers: MTMTE Revolution #1?

Scrolling through the comic book previews this week, I found some new M.A.S.K. agents...I think? Building off IDW's Revolution series, Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye Revolution #1 one-shot book follows the Decepticon group the Scavengers, a G.I. Joe named MP3, and apparently two M.A.S.K. agents named Alex Higgins and Dennis Taylor.

Now, I haven't read any of IDW's Transformers: MTMTE series to know the first about these characters and if they are actually M.A.S.K. "posers". From a few online reviews, they appear to be since their vehicles in the image below are confirmed as Decepticon Scavengers...

Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye Revolution #1 seems to be one of the more revered Transformers series among fans. Again, I haven't read page one but the cover alone of this one-shot has enticed me enough to pickup a copy the next time I'm at my local shop. The main cover is a fun moment of the Revolution universe taking a break from the battle to recharge at a local diner. I had seen this cover a few months back and I liken it to the post-credits scene of Marvel's Avengers when they are huddled around the restaurant table.
