This is a great episode. There are quite many things to point out. First of all I love the way Dusty is used here. Normally he is one of my least favourite characters, but this time he really gets to show some of his skills. I love it when the horses get scared up in the beginning, and he jumps onto the front horse and lead all of them away from the little boy. He also shows similar riding skills in the end of the episode. The idea with the boat that saves Matt is great as well. Secondly this episode has some great scenes with VENOM and their confrontations with MASK. I love the part when the computer all of the sudden mentions VENOM, and then Miles Mayhem's face appears on the screen a second later. The sudden appearance of Switchblade flying up from behind the haystack when Matt tries to surprise Rax is also brilliant, not to mention Matt's sudden confrontation with Switchblade when he runs to save Dusty. Thirdly I think Scott and T-Bob are used well in this episode. They actually managed to stay at the hotel this time, which really impressed me, and still they were able to help MASK. Maybe Scott had so much problems with T-Bob that he simply didn't have time to leave the hotel. Another thing I noticed which as far as I can remember is unique for this episode, is that it actually contains references to earlier episodes. There are references to both The Golden Goddess and Peril In Paris. I don't think this happens in any other MASK-episode, and I really liked it. Finally this episode has good quality animation, which of course makes it even better, so I really enjoyed watching it.
