New Cover of the M.A.S.K. Theme Song!

Last week, Charley Corbiaux posted a link to the M.A.S.K. the Movie Facebook page and introduced us to his new cover of the M.A.S.K. theme. We were really impressed! It's so great to see M.A.S.K. fans using their talents to breathe new life into the franchise. I told Charley to drop us an email and tell us more about it. Here's what he had to say:

The thing is that I'm just a huge fan of M.A.S.K. and above all, the theme song. As you may know, Larry Leon from Xeron originally sung the song. To me, Larry is one of the best rock singers from the 80's and so underrated. Listen to the song "Changes Calling" from Xeron...I think you'll recognize his voice in less than 5 seconds. 

My aim was just to reproduce the theme song as accurate as possible, mainly to explore all the different parts of the song (the bass line, the vocals, etc.) It allowed me to understand the way Larry was singing, his different vocal techniques, etc. ... it was very interesting :)

Charley uses the extended three minute version of theme for his cover and from the video, you can tell he performed all the instruments and produced it entirely by himself. We are very excited to share it with our followers in the M.A.S.K. community. If you like it as much as we do, share it!
